The big issue?  (Oh yes!)

In theory I should be able to 'hop on my bike' and off we go. But in theory I shouldn't be 'obese' either.

So in simple terms here is the plan (as was):

Work to a Spring Sprint Triathlon - Get Fit  (Fail)

Possibly 11 Apr 09 Ampleforth MTB Tri ... (Fail)

Do another in late Summer '09 - Stay Fit  (Fail)

Jul  Woodhall Spa or Aug Lincoln Sprint Tri ... Maybe ....

Do a practice bike ride, or two - Get Stamina

Sounds easy - but the problem is:

 So, a new plan was required ....

12 Weeks, Hill based, Cycle specific Training - with a bit of general training thrown in too!

 

It works - until you 'do' your ankle, again, so fingers crossed we can just take a week and half off and off we go again?
